Make this your last option

Pros

It’s clean and has a security guard at the front door. Your water and gas bill is included in your rent.

Cons

Management won’t do anything about your neighbors making a lot of noise. They will turn off the hot water in the morning at 8 to 11 am for tank cleaning twice a month but nothing actually gets cleaned

Advice to the owners

Stop scamming all the tenants. Take some responsibilities. Listen to our complaints and do something about it.
