A nice place to live

Pros:
Peaceful, not much noise and safe.
Cons:
Someome steals mail deliveries unfortunately.
Bedbugs are present but not all units report this.
Bedbugs probably in 1st and 2nd floors to right side of main entrance.

I love the neighborhood. Very well kept and supers are friendly.
Cons:
Getting crowded. Sometimes long wait for elevator.
