Lived here all my life
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway (7) and bus terminal Flushing-Main St (4 blocks away)
Cons:
Nightlife is dead here, you have to take subway or bus or cab to any good bar or club Parking is a nightmare here. Either none or very expensive garages around No elevator in buildings
Advice to owner:
Lock to enter building lobby keeps breaking so either fix it more often or buy better locks
