Inattentive and rude super

Pros:
Close to pretty much everything
Cons:
The super is extremely rude, the office people are rude as well, you would think that after living here for over 10 years abs paying rent on time they would be more responsive to complaints.
Advice to owner:
He is rude abs obnoxious like his father.
