Don’t move here!!! You will regret everything!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
rent is cheap
Cons:
Pests everywhere! No matter how clean you are. Roaches, mice and ants. The entire building smells like chemical waste. There’s mold everywhere and it’s hard to get rid of. And the landlord will blame it all on you. She’s a slum lord and will not do anything to help you out. Stay away from this building.
