Very responsive and kind landlord, free water, not noisy, nice neighbors, affordable, right next to Broadway LIRR station.
Right next to a strip of resteraunts so it gets smelly outside and a lot of random people smoking out at night. Sometimes on weekends, you can hear young, drunk people screaming and fighting.
