Cons:
Elevators break Down constantly. Building’s interior (lobby, inside elevators, laundry room and hallways) are very dirty. Urine and feces from pets are found in the lobby and elevators. If something in your apartment need repair maintenance respond to it if the believe it necessary. There is no oversight from management/ owners.
Advice to owner:
Get it together. People pay rent. Conditions like this don’t exist in some of the buildings of ghetto!!

Bathroom was broken for years
Thiefing in the lobby
Impossible to ask for anything
Both elevators are never working at the same time
Advice to owner:
FORGIVE RENT UNTIL THE END OF THE PANDEMIC FOR UNEMPLOYED FAMILIES
