don’t be fooled by the outside

Pros:
It’s not the worst building in the area
Cons:
laundry room hasn’t been open in almost two years because of bed bugs. hallways are never clean and littered with trash. packages are stolen in the lobby. There is one elevator in a building that clearly needs two plus the stairs are not sturdy so you always feel like you will trip. constant infestation of bugs and rodents. Baby mice run around in the hallways. I’ve had to buy special treatment for roaches because it used to get so out of hand.
Advice to owner:
Please do a better job of maintaining this apartment building if you’re going to raise the rent.

Budget for a reason

Pros:
Fair pricing, good location, has one elevator for freight. Hot water is included and used for heating, works great when the boiler is active.
Building secure with cameras and intercom / electric front door lock.
Cons:
Basically a walk up, one elevator is Used for trash, there is no walking to the garbage area.
Loud neighbors, drug deals at front door regularly, smoking in hallways / building. Slow to unresponsive maintenance.

Major problem, bedbug infestation, bugs traveling through the walls, adults found on walls, currently on my third full home treatment. Length of effectiveness Is unpredictable because fully grown adult bedbugs move through the walls.
Advice to owner:
Issues with bedbugs traveling between units.

Trash chute on rear windows feeding to small dumpster would make trash collection easier for super
