the WORST landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
available street parking
Cons:
the landlord is renovating the building above my neighbors home and they keep on throwing garbage out the window and onto her porch, and they never clean up after themselves. My poor neighbor (~60 years of age) went out to her porch this morning and they tossed out from the window upstairs a big steal rod down to my neighbors porch. It almost hit my neighbor!! When she tells him that he almost hit her, the landlord had the nerve to call her a bitch and he laughed her saying "well you shouldn't have been outside". I CANNOT believe how horribly he spoke to his tenant! She pays rent so she should be able to go outside to her porch! I am SO happy that he isn't my landlord!
Advice to owner:
learn how to respect your tenants!!
