Great Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, laundry, storage, parking
Cons:
Smells weird. When it flooded, it took forever to fix anything. It’s still not fixed. Building needs some renovations in the hallways. It’s to dark and gloomy. The wallpaper and carpet is very 80s
Advice to owner:
The building isn’t as maintained as it used to be with Peter there. It’s slowly falling apart and needs an uplift.
