They could do so much better

Pros:
It’s a quiet/ safe neighborhood . Its near bus stops and stores.
Cons:
Neighbors are disorganized and throw garbage in the streets, which most likely will end up at your door step, the electricity cuts at any moment. Management company is incredible useless.
Advice to owner:
This space has potential. It just needs better people in charge that would actually care for the space and the tenants.
