Disappointed, great potential

Pros:
Great small building, mostly clean, quiet street. Apartment is spacious and the property manager of the building is great! He responded quickly, and helped us out on all our inquiries.
Cons:
The live in super didn’t do any of the repairs he promised to do even after being asked multiple times (unless it was emergency). Was promised the laundry room was going to be remodeled and ready soon after moving in, never happened throughout our leases. Intercom stopped working about a year and half ago, which became a problem for some packages being delivered.
Advice to owner:
Please follow through on your promises.

Decent building, with minor issues

Pros:
Live in super, lots of space and storage and Dishwasher, responsive landlord, nice neighborhood
Cons:
No laundry in building even though we were promised that. Some heat issues at the beginning of the winter season. Intercom broken.
