Landlord sucks badly
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not much to like tbh. The neighborhood is reasonably quiet and there are some big beautiful trees on the block
Cons:
Where to start? The landlord doesn’t want to fix anything. They play too many games. They run through supers like dogs chew through bones. Neighborhood is pretty safe save for a few crackheads. Most of the neighbors are chill, hardworking people though.
