Quiet place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighborhood, hands on landlord, reasonable rent cost.
Cons:
The neighbors on the first level are involved with drugs, and they are in the process of being evicted, in the meantime it's unpleasant to see them there.

Keep the good work.
