Okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, cheap-ish rent compared to others
Cons:
Building is not secure, despite having doormen present. Several exterior doors are unlocked and anyone can access the building at any time. They currently have a problem with someone sneaking in from 12-4am with a mailbox master key taking everyone’s mail. Minimal security cameras and dark hallways.
My floor was very smelly. Outdated plumbing, and you need your own appliances.
Advice to owner:
Maintain the building.
