Pros:
Location is convenient to my needs.
Cons:
Living next to highway the windows aren’t sound proof the noise can get a bit loud at times, windows and ACs get Debris on & inside, turn on ACs that debris comes in your apartment.. The response time to management for issues are ignore or delayed. There’s none working cameras through the entire building if packages go missing management takes no action because they put up their signs for delivery personnel that gets ignore to leave packages at the Apt Doors.
Advice to owner:
Answer emails calls & text in a timely fashion, basic daily cleaning , vacuuming every other day every floor, Trash room needs to be Thoroughly cleaned, put up proper signs to instructions tenants in Trash room, mop lobby floors & elevator floor, fix elevator door, stop it from scratch metal to metal as it opens & closes. Hire Profesional window cleaners monthly for outside the entire building.
