BEWARE!! Total Scam !!

Pros

The house "For Rent" was perfect for us, was told about all things WE will need to do after the move in, which never was going to happen.

Cons

Man posing as "Property Manager " took us for a few hundred dollars, and wanted a few THOUSAND dollars "to hold for us." Red flags went up, checked him out online, owner has NO IDEA who he is!! Bottom line, not for rent OR for sale.

Advice to the owners

Hurry and move into your recently bought home.
