Pros:
No pests garbage is always taken care of cause she dont like tickets but cleanliness 5% of 100
Cons:
No consideration with parking from neighbors. Have to wait on landlord to put on heat at 1am freezing all day have to use oven fridge didnt come with light inside all windows dont have a screen air comes through the walls because the wood is old & broken, no peephole in door Cant share the backyard her & husband gets drunk in their garage everyday in summer time back yard is filthy

Need to be on top of things before your tenants is on top before u
