Used to be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartments decently priced
Cons:
Neighbors are rude, people don’t clean up after their dogs, smells bad as soon as you walk in the building.
Advice to owner:
Get your stuff together. Don’t just let any live here. It used to be a lot better before. Lived for almost 7 years but definitely leaving this year!!

Good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
The superintendent is always there to help incase you need anything. Building is clean. They aren’t cheap with the heat or hot water.
Cons:
Some rude and dirty people are starting to move into the building. They like to hangout till late at night in front of the building. This isn’t all the time but it’s still annoying. Other than that building is great.
Advice to owner:
Please remind new tenants about loitering outside or leaving garbage in the front of the building.

Beware stolen packages
Former Tenant
Pros:
The people living in the building are great. Good location.
Cons:
Things take forever to get fixed. Elevators never work and always get stuck. The water is dirty(brown water).Doornobs always pulls out the door and a mission to get the landlord always complains the company dont pay enuff which results in poor quality. The windows are terrible and dangerous. Laundry room poorly kept. Rent way to high & the air quality is poor.
Advice to owner:
Fix the elevators/water/ invest in better doornobs/ pay the super better so he can stop complaining whenever there is an issue he has to fix !
