Not the worst

Pros:
The superintendent keeps the building and trash area clean. There’s an Amazon locker inside.
Cons:
The property management office will lie to you about most things. Several times they have tried to get me to sign something that it’s against the NYC rent stabilization regulations, so do yourself a favor, be skeptical and verify every info/doc they give you with a lawyer or by calling the rent stabilized office. They will say their lawyer assured them the information/documents they are giving you are lawful, but I’ve caught them lying every single time.
The building front door doesn’t lock properly at least half of the time.
The hot water comes out yellow several times a week for the first ~ 3 minutes of running it.
