Let me tell you
Former Tenant
Pros:
A pro to the building was everything was super close very friendly, clean a little bit of a roach problem but not too much
Cons:
until winter hit once winter hit I had to buy a mini heater because it was so cold that the heat would only come on randomly or if it was hot outside no heat at all and this is a very big issue another big issue was I did not have hot water for the longest I just started getting hot water because it’s hot outside so disrespectful Imagine taking a cold shower in the winter
