    Poor living standards
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Safe location. Good school nearby.
    Cons:
    Poor pest control. No response from owner or management company. Building is not kept clean.
    Advice to owner:
    Listen and work with the tenants of the building. In a timely manner, without the need of several 311 complaints.
