Most Annoying People EVER!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The property is clean and tidy. Maintained well-enough.
Cons:
The landlords are micro managers. They're very nosey and always in hour business via their cameras. They are also passive-aggressive. They don't have any rules but they also have the most rules and you only find out these rules as they make them up when you do something they don't like. As for the actual apartment it was nice at first but upon being there you realize the water pressure is somewhat low (something they control because the wife told me this), the heating system in the apartment is outdated (had aa professional come out and evaluate) so it doesn't heat the entire apartment evenly or to its fullest potential (you can't set the thermostat past 75 or it will shut down the entire system. There are only 3 closets in the entire apartment- 1 in each of the 2 rooms and a linen closet that's in the living room. Although spacious the house is awkward situated, almost railroad style and so an area at the front of the apartment that could potentially be used as a room or extra living space, we were told specifically not to do so (they bi-annual checks to ensure this). They come of as nice people but once you're in the apartment they are a living nightmare, not to mention the wife walks so hard downstairs hyou can hear it upstairs in the apartment.
Advice to owner:
Your tenants ARE NOT your children. Treat them as adults! Also create clearer and concise standards for living in your hell hole
