Worst Experience Ever

Pros:
It was close to Stop & Shop.
Cons:
Bathroom is extremely small. Toilet always clogged. Shower would flood constantly. No privacy (the owner and her family and daughter would come through my space at all times of the day and night) even though it is supposed to be private, rodents (ate through my clothes and Tupperware/left poop droppings, roaches, septic tank was not tended to and the basement smelled like poop because of it, the landlord/owner knew that things were broken before we moved in (I told her about it) and she didn’t agree to fix it then when I was moving she forced me to pay for it by holding my security deposit. I would take her to court but it’s not worth the time or trouble. I’ve been traumatized enough. So much trauma. The owner had cameras and would spy on us (my girlfriend and us lived here). Also the basement is an illegal apartment and she installed a lock on the outside of the only door we can use to get out so we can’t leave at certain times. Avoid this place at all costs. For your own health and safety. Please. I wish I could put negative stars. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Advice to owner:
Fix the septic tank. Take care of your house Miledis. And don’t rent the basement to anyone. You don’t have any respect or decency. Just don’t rent the room out!!!
