Biggest Scumbag Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Parking not so bad.
Cons:
Mice & squeaky floors. The landlord NEVER provided heat or fixed anything. Anything done within the first floor apt I took care of & paid for with NO reimbursement from the owner/landlord. He was renting an illegal basement apt where the tenants had access to come up into my apt if they wanted to. He kept the front of the house unmanaged & rented the second floor apt to sketchy people twice that would steal the mail and play loud music all night.
Advice to owner:
My advice to Mr Garcia is you don’t need to be anyone’s landlord. You don’t know what it takes to be a landlord nor do you have what it takes to be one.
