NOT SAFE AT ALL!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved the spacious rooms. It had possibilities for improvement. Quiet.
Cons:
Infested with mice and roof rats. It's also a place heavily infested with entities. My kids and I witnessed this. It's hard to believe but true once you experience it. The electrical power would cut off. The floors were weak because of the many leaks. I'm glad I was able to move but this place still haunts me.
