bad bags -mouse old building new owner means high rent no fire alarm .

outside look . and hi celling . close transportation
Cons:
no inspection. city workers got pay from landlord or coffee money . landlords scammers
Advice to owner:
be nice to ur tenants they pay ur mortgage. to all tenants. this is 4 units he can eviction you any time he want to he will get fake witnesses and pay fake lawyer
