Don’t move in
Pros
- Understanding during hard times when rent could not be given for the month and given the next
Cons
- Were only quick to come upstairs when rent was due. - Lots of building violations but were fixed upon construction when everyone was kicked out. - Lots of pest problems lots of cockroaches
Advice to the owners
Don’t be cheap it’s better to get the Job done once with one expense then to constantly pay for the same problem with cheap materials again and again.
