Nice place, great area, but lack of maintenance and many cockroaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the area, pet friendly, the workers do a great job at garbage management.
Cons:
Neighbors smoke cigarettes and it's consistently coming inside my window, you can hear your neighbors, building is never cleaned, swept or mopped. Huge cockroaches. Apartment has huge gaps by the moldings, I wish they can be closed because I feel like thats where the cockroaches come from. The yards have old tvs/ pianos, random garbage just left there, I wish it could look nicer and presentable. Peepholes are literal holes on the door so you cant even be discreet about looking at who it is. Theres no indication on which apartments are what. Inconsistent labeling of apartment numbers, and no one ever know what floor corresponds to what letter of the apartment so delivery people are always confused .
Advice to owner:
Can be building be cleaned more often. Its nice to have a nice presentable building to be proud of. Upgrade the peep holes and the apartment stickers on the doors. Remind your tenants to stop smoking, & maybe its time to repaint the doors/walls and actually clean the floors more than just twice a year
