Decent Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived in this building 10 years ago, left and returned 2 years ago. Friendly staff and superintendent. Laundry in building (recently updated to a cashless system). CCTV was installed.
Cons:
Low water pressure, slow elevator.
Advice to owner:
Like the recent upgrades. The elevators need work though.

Older elevator, sometimes heat not delivered throughout the night.
Advice to owner:
Building hasn’t changed much in the 12 years. Needs some upgrading.
