Renters approve of the building's owners
At the beginning landlord would nice and friendly up front.
A lot of trash since neighbors leave food to feed cats. And a lot of raccoons especially during the warmer days. Landlord doesn’t do any maintenance repairs and would jack up rental rate every year. They say no pets but our neighbors in the building have a cat and dog.
