Pros:
To be honest absolutely nothing cause management and super busy with trying to make life hell for tenants
Cons:
Pest. No heating. Rude super. Management in litigation
Advice to owner:
You should be a human being and treat people like you want to be treated

Garbage management might be the only thing
Cons:
Infestation rats and roaches everywhere. There is pest control once a month but is useless. Sofocated due to heat during winter. Noise levels extremely high, train and construction site next door, thin walls like paper you can hear neighbors fart (no joke) poor construction. Floor sounds just like rubber ducks every time you walk. Unresponsive super. Overall a really bad experience. Glad the lease is over. Application process is too complicated, expected way more from this building. Stay away .
Advice to owner:
Be honest at the moment of signing the lease.
