Pros:
Lots of space. Good natural light. Quiet neighborhood. Close to public transportation.
Cons:
Parking is absolute shit. Street parking only bc no available building spots. Alternate side in this area is terrible. Could spend anywhere from 20-45 mins looking for a spot.
