I hate it here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are friendly.
Cons:
Immediately regretted signing my lease just days after receiving keys and realizing that this building has a roach infestation. I have resorted to having my packages delivered to friends’ houses because I have found roaches on my packages. I do my laundry elsewhere because I do not trust their sad excuse for a laundry room (it’s more of a closet with a few machines thrown in so that they can say they have “laundry in building”). They claim to have pest control, but whatever the exterminator is spraying (if they show up) is clearly not working. Be prepared to come out of pocket and get creative with your own form of pest control. The water in the bath/shower is consistently brown. This is both alarming and extremely embarrassing when you have guests staying over! The super does not acknowledge nor take accountability for any of the issues in the building, and is likely to blame you when things go wrong. Property manager is unresponsive to emails. I am living in a constant state of fear for my health and anxiety dealing with never ending issues here. Do not trust any broker working with this building or Bronstein Properties! Writing this review in hopes that I can prevent someone else from making the same mistake I made in moving into this disgusting building.
Advice to owner:
Shame on you! You need to do better and hold your staff accountable for the piss-poor upkeep of this building. Your tenants are paying rent for a service. We are human beings who deserve to live in proper habitable conditions!

Infested with roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s affordable, great location and very spacious
Cons:
So much roaches everywhere!!! The super doesn’t help and blame you for his own cheap fix up.
The water is yellowish brown every time you turn on the shower, you have to wait a few seconds for it to turn white.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the roaches and a better super

Below average
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly Neighbors. Parking isn’t too bad for the most part. Monday’s and Tuesday’s can sometimes be a pain due to ASP regulations.
Cons:
When it rains the sewage backs up at the toilet and bath tub leaving a nasty mess to clean up every time! Roach infested. Delivery Packages constantly being stolen.
Advice to owner:
Be more upfront and transparent on known apartment issues.
