Meh, its okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large space. Laundry on site. Grassy area outside managed.
Cons:
Super is lazy and issues are not resolved or a poor job to patch it up. Roaches in the building. Walls are very thin.
Advice to owner:
Manage super better. Better management of building in general.
