Love the owner. They really take care of the building

Pros:
-Building is look after and safe
Cons:
- Some neighbors can be quite loud
- Pest (this is not really the owner fault). They have monthly maintenance and really tried to find you a solution if you have pest issue. But some of the tenants in the building don't really look after themselves and because the building is old, even if your apartment is clean. You might see roaches, bugs
