Building has declined in the past 5 years. Now taking the homeless and people with severe mental instabilities. Police, EMS, and Fire are a daily presence. The place is full of cockroaches and bedbugs. Management gives little or inadequate heat. All long-standing rent-paying tenants have left. Management is ineffective and does not respond promptly to problems or repairs. Avoid renting here!
Advice to the owners
They do not need me to tell them how to do their job. They just don't care.

It’s a high end projects building. Constant police presence. Constant esu presence. Constant roach presence. Constantly unclean. Constant noises. Constant weed smoking. Prostitution in and out of building. Don’t move here. Seriously.

Come visit the building and see for yourself how it has gone downhill.
