It’s just okay, not great
Former Tenant

I like the location and the neighbors are friendly

Not what it used to be
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location. It is close to two subways and several buses. Supermarket right across the street, post office, ups store, subway, Dunkin’ Donuts and more.
Cons:
This building used to be a great place to live. However since last year the quality is going down. Extremely noisy neighbors, some with rowdy behavior. Thin walls are so you always hear the neighbors.
Advice to owner:
Go back to screening tenants.

Building Management is the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great staff and location
Cons:
Horrible building ownership management
Advice to owner:
Do not treat your staff or tenants badly otherwise you will have no one wanting to move into that building. You have no care for tenants needs and just care about your rent.
