For what it's worth
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good heating, lots of space, and very convenient neighborhood.
Cons:
Heat can be overbearing and can't be controlled. Noisy upstairs thumping (they force you to buy your own carpets but that doesn't stop anything). Roaches everywhere. Mice in basement.
Advice to owner:
Please don't blast the heat at 60°+ weather.
