Nice except for Pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet area with decent street parking between 8am-7pm. Custodians do a good job keeping the building looking clean. Maintenance department has always responded in a timely manner.
Cons:
Roaches, no matter how clean I keep my place they keep coming. It’s an old building but the exterminator service they provide just puts bait in the cabinets every 2 weeks. I will not be signing a new lease in the building.
Advice to owner:
Hire a better exterminator and don’t charge 1700/month for a place with roaches.
