I like it here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to respond, thick walls make noise negligible (as much as is possible in an apartment), generally a nice and hassle free place to live.
Cons:
Like a lot of buildings on the older side, the heat source is via radiators that you can’t control and it can get a little too hot in the winter.
Advice to owner:
Finish up the facade work so we can finally get rid of the scaffolding around the building!
