Enjoyed living in the building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment size and amount of closet space was great! Elevator building with laundry in basement. Only thing missing was a dishwasher!

Parking was not available in the building, but a spot was available in another building 1 block away.

Family Oriented Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet and safe, lots of amenities and near subway station.
Cons:
Street parking is a mess, never any garage availability. Construction can be very frustrating, especially if you work from home.
Advice to owner:
Better construction schedules, more garage availability.

Good so far
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean hallways. Elevator is clean. Neighbors are nice and keep to themselves for the most part. No one is extremely loud. Occasionally there will be loud music on weekends or holidays but that’s to be expected and it’s never overbearin
Cons:
They are renovating the apartment beneath me so it can get quite loud and I WFH so it can be a bit much at times. 1 of the laundry machines doesn’t wash as good as the others. Otherwise pretty satisfied
