Good but could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
-It’s a save environment - super is very nice and friendly -building is taken care of
Cons:
- sometimes People steal UPs packages -Sometimes certain people smoke weed and it reeks(few times a year) -During the summer time and weekends the front of the building is like a hangout spot for the people who live here
Advice to owner:
Maybe you should start paying more attention to the building by asking the people who live hear questions on how you can improve this building
