Needs to improve cleanliness

Pros:
Water pressure. No noisy neighbors
Cons:
Hallways are filthy, the common areas haven’t been painted in years. Some neighbors cook with their door open so cooking odors permeate all hallways. People leave trash out of their doors. Hallways are not cleaned often. Absolutely disgusting.
Advice to owner:
This property needs some painting asap. Most of the neighbors keep their doors open at all times; which is a violation of fire building codes. Also neighbors trow trash through the windows.
