Good enough I guess
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable
Laundry in building (when it works)
Close to public transit
Cons:
Dirty, not maintained. Roaches. Neighbors smoke inside their apartments. Super does his best but no project is is ever complete. FIX THE LAUNDRY MACHINES. A little paint can go a long way.
Advice to owner:
This could be a beautiful building but it is not maintained or cleaned or does not inspire pride. Repaint the building inside, clean the basement storage. The rooms are filled with JUNK.

Sound insulation needed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments overall
Cons:
Paper thin walls
Advice to owner:
Insulate walls for soundproofing
