Good building if you need an affordable place to stay.

Pros:
It's a few blocks from the subway. The neighborhood is safe.
Cons:
My only con would be that there are not that many good restaurants nearby. There is no gym nearby either. Lately since after the pandemic there have been a lot of seedy people hanging around the neighborhood.
