Trash. Stay away.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super and porters from the building is attentive when something is needed to be fixed.
Cons:
Management is complete trash. I have been living here for 3 years and have been having ongoing problems with leaks. I live on last floor and they keep telling me roofers are coming to fix issue but they never do. Currently the ceiling is falling in my bedroom and they refuse to transfer me to another apartment. DO NOT RENT FROM SW QUEENS MEZZANINE.
Advice to owner:
Get it together. Also, you should speak to the people that work in office in Flushing they never reply to calls or emails.
