Lovely on the Outside, Dirty on the Inside.

Pros:
Beautiful lobby. And spacious apartment size and reasonable working neighbors. With a 24 hrs laundry room
Cons:
The elevator tends to not work every other weekend.
The front entrance door lock is always broken, which enables strangers to walk in the building and steal residents mail. This is specially popular during the holiday season. The only time it gets fixed is if you notify the superintendent. If you don't notify him, it will go days broken. Which is weird, because him and the other maintenance guys walk through the lonby door daily. Why is this something that is fixed only when asked?
The incinerator is always filled with trash from the floor up. The maintenance guys pick up the trash but leave residue all over and also on the hallway floor. They never sweep or mop. And you can find the same dead roaches and spiders on the floor for weeks.
The Laundry room is disgusting. All you see are roaches crawling everywhere while trying to wash and dry your clothes. And tons of flies, flying around which irritates you. But this problem with the roach and flies in the laundry room, is that it only exists on one side of the building. Apartment letters A thru I.
Advice to owner:
Clean! CLEAN! Clean! It's a beautiful-looking apartment building but it's also ruined by how you guys don't clean. And keep up with the foundational maintenance.
