Good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartment and a great super.
Cons:
The hallways and common areas could use an update. The leasing office could also be more responsive to requests.
Advice to owner:
A new coat of paint in the hallways would make a world of difference to the overall look and feel of the place.

Great Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great heat , water pressure, lighting and everything else you could imagine as far as neccesities
Cons:
Getting in touch with building management is impossible
Advice to owner:
Find a better way to communicate with tenants. Waiting over a week from a response from the ‘property manager coordinator’ is terrible
