Not worth the money you pay in rent.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Balconies in the back of the building are private when there are leaves on the trees.
Cons:
Do not like the cheap stick-on floors that have been peeling up and cutting our feet. Don’t like the mice that live in the walls. Don’t like the leaks in our apartment after every single storm. Don’t like the mold in the storage room that we pay extra for. Don’t like that the neighbors had to get work together to keep the drain in the garage from clogging during a bad storm and damaging all our cars while management did nothing. Don’t like not having a live-in super.
Advice to owner:
If you want to charge $3000 rents, you should provide a building that’s worth that. And, stop harassing tenants for the legal activities they enjoy and how about get rid of the DJ that shakes the entire building with his loud music all hours of the day.
